Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Nestled. By using the pairing features, you represent that you are in a consensual relationship with your paired partner. We reserve the right to request verification of eligibility and to suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Accounts are created using email and password authentication powered by Supabase Auth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and access to the email address associated with your account, which may be used for account verification and other essential security messages. Each account may be paired with one partner at a time. When paired, your partner can see when you have engaged with daily cards and other shared features. You may unpair at any time from your account settings. We are not responsible for any interpersonal consequences of shared activity visibility.

Nestled offers both free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions apply per couple, not per individual. Current pricing is displayed in the app before purchase. Payment is processed through your app store account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store. We reserve the right to change pricing, features included in each tier, or introduce new tiers at any time. Active subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect on their existing subscription.

You agree not to use Nestled to harass, abuse, or harm another person, including your paired partner. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure. You will not create accounts under false identities or pair with someone without their knowledge and consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

All content, design, branding, card prompts, and activity suggestions within Nestled are the property of Nestled In Love and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

Nestled is a relationship-enrichment tool designed to encourage connection between partners. Nestled does not provide relationship counseling, therapy, or mental health services of any kind. The content within the app, including daily cards, prompts, and activity suggestions, is for entertainment and connection purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. If you or your partner are experiencing relationship distress or mental health concerns, please seek qualified professional support. The app is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestled In Love and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Active paid subscriptions should be cancelled through your app store to avoid further charges.

Nestled is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and to immediately terminate accounts found to be operated by users under 18. If you become aware of any user under 18 using the service, please contact us immediately.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on Nestled infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent at the contact email listed below. Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (b) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Nestled shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at the email below. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Delaware, United States, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court for matters relating to intellectual property or unauthorised access.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account or through in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Nestled after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
